About Me
I’m Ines Silva, a massage therapist and wellbeing practitioner based in Portugal.
My work brings together bodywork, personal guidance, men’s wellbeing, learning and experiences, always with a personal, attentive approach.
After more than 15 years working with people, I’ve learned that wellbeing rarely comes from one single approach. Sometimes we need to slow down. Sometimes we need to move. Sometimes we need to talk, learn, change a habit or simply have space to reconnect with ourselves.
